Specifications

• Roof design — hipped or gabled
• Shape — pyramid, rectangle, octagon, bespoke
• Side glazing — can be designed with or without; most are without, as adding side glazing increases the height of the roof and can obscure windows above
• Ventilation — a choice of manual with extendable pole, electric via a switch or remote control, or fully automatic with rain sensor and thermostatic control panel
• Glazing — low emissivity glazing as standard, commonly known as ‘Low E' glazing (emissivity is the property of a material to absorb, reflect and emit radiant energy); glazing can be upgraded to include solar control (used to minimise solar heat gain and help control glare) and/or self-cleaning glass
• Colours — any choice of RAL (European colour standard), BS (British Standard), or we can also match any other paint scheme such as Farrow & Ball, Sanderson, Dulux etc.
• Decorative — external finials, ball, spire or crown; external cresting; internal pendants
