Essential maintenance
At Willoughby, we are always trying to improve the level of service we provide to our customers and we listen closely to the feedback we receive from first contact to completion.
As a result, we have realised that some of our customers are not fully aware of the general maintenance required for their orangery - particularly to the exterior paintwork - and consequently may discover that this neglect not only invalidates any guarantee, but more importantly can cause long-term damage to the timber.
Unfortunately, a lack of maintenance often necessitates remedial work such as a premature full exterior re-paint, just three or four years after the building was completed. We feel that giving the building regular care and attention could avoid this costly exercise.

In case you prefer not to undertake the work yourself, we have also decided to offer our customers a Maintenance Agreement. This means we take the worry out of looking after your conservatory or orangery, by taking responsibility for the general maintenance of your finished Willoughby building. Under the terms of the Maintenance Agreement, we will visit to carry out general and preventative maintenance, and we will also present you with a report of our findings and recommendations for any further work required. We can offer further cleaning and painting services as required.
