Conservatory design

For this project, a local architect had already been employed to help with the complete renovation of the property, including new side extensions — designed to incorporate glazed roof lanterns — and a conservatory at the rear.

All necessary planning permissions and building regulations had been completed and with the help of the architect, the client had sourced his own builder to act as the main contractor.

We were then invited to provide a tender for the conservatory and the required roof lanterns, and when awarded the contract we worked closely with the client and his architect to create a final design for the conservatory.

In this way we were able to add our expertise into an existing team and budget to ensure the high quality of the glass structures, and to produce the ideal outcome for the client.
